Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 17, 2026

1. Who We Are

Ask Ranger is a product of Gratitude First Farms, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). We operate the Ask Ranger personal agent service at askranger.com. We provide an AI-powered personal agent that makes and answers phone calls, handles texts, and manages follow-ups on behalf of our users.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: When you sign up, we collect your phone number, name, and agent preferences. If you subscribe, we collect payment information via Stripe (we do not store card numbers).

Phone call data: When someone calls your agent's number, or your agent makes a call on your behalf, we process:

Contact book: Names and phone numbers you choose to save.

Messages: Text messages you send to interact with the service (via SMS or Telegram).

Preferences: Style preferences, rules, and other settings you configure to personalize your agent.

Calendar data: If you connect Google Calendar, we access only the calendar data needed to provide scheduling features you enable.

Sensitive information (PCI & HIPAA): Ask Ranger is designed for everyday logistics. Our service is NOT designed to be PCI-DSS or HIPAA compliant. You agree not to provide, and not to instruct your agent to collect or transmit, raw credit card numbers, bank routing information, Social Security Numbers, or Protected Health Information (PHI). If such data is provided, we reserve the right to immediately purge it to protect your security.

3. How We Use Your Information

Ask Ranger's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Call Disclosure

All callers hear a disclosure before connecting: "This call may be assisted by an AI agent and may be recorded or transcribed." Callers who remain on the line consent to AI processing of their call.

For outbound calls, your agent is designed to identify itself as an AI assistant and state that the call is being recorded or transcribed at the start of every call. By remaining on the line, parties consent to this processing.

Because call-recording, consent, and telemarketing laws vary by jurisdiction and use case, you agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws. See also Section 13 of our Terms of Service.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your calls, transcripts, or messages to train our own models. We work to use provider business and API offerings that do not use customer content to train their models by default, subject to each provider's terms and policies.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the service, including:

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain different categories of data for different periods:

You can request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us.
